The apartments are situated in 3 apartment houses, a total of 60 housing units with 1-3 bedrooms. Each apartment has one parking space. There are also common areas, a lobby, a bar and a reception. You can choose from ten different sizes of apartments, which are designed so that the layout of rooms and equipment create the basis for optimal use of living space. The interior consists of classic and modern furnishings. Planned completion of the project in autumn 2021.

It is a smaller ski resort, which is also suitable for families with children, there are special children's restaurants and on the slopes beginners can try not only their first curves, but also train full-fledged descents. There are 26 km of perfectly groomed blue slopes for snowboarders and skiers, a total of 140 km on 85 slopes. The center is constantly being modernized, also thanks to the investments of a successful local company. The Montafon area offers activities even in summer and it is possible to do various activities such as hiking with up to 500 km of marked trails, climbing, mountain biking, golf, paragliding, driving cars and motorcycles on winding mountain roads. There is the largest amusement park, which offers not only children a lot of fun - slides, bouncy towers, adventure, Nordic walking, tennis courts, skating and barbecue.

The apartments are intended for sale in personal ownership, however, the owner of the property is obliged in most cases to rent the property commercially. The owner can use the apartment for a maximum of 6 weeks a year and rent it out for the rest of the year. However, it obtains an attractive rental income in the calculated amount of 3.6% to 5%. For property owners, a comprehensive service is provided with the management and further rental of real estate, without worries for property owners.

Therefore, prices without VAT are given, because with the status of holiday rental there is a right to deduct VAT.

The condition of further rental of the real estate does not limit you in any further handling of personal property - ie. you can sell the property at any time during the term of the next commercial lease.
