The coral gardens and reefs around the Villas will enable guests to enjoy the ocean experience and seascapes without getting wet!
Kleindienst Group has recently passed the 85% threshold for properties sold for Phase One of The Heart of Europe futuristic project. This initial phase includes properties on Sweden Island, Germany Island and 78 Floating Seahorses set to be floated next to St Petersburg Island. Handover of Phase One started in 2018 and is fully on track to complete in 2019.
There is strong regional interest in The Heart of Europe, with 40% of Phase One sales going to UAE and 30% to GCC nationals, from Europe 2 rich family only.
Representatives from Argentina, Chile, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Korea, Lebanon, Mexico, Netherlands, Turkey, and USA, attended the VIP event, marking an important moment in The Heart of Europe’s development.
In January, we revealed the next generation of ocean living with the Government’s approval of the world’s first floating structure registered as both a Villa and a Vessel at the same time. If you own a Floating Seahorse Villa, you will be among the first in the world to own not only the structure but also the ocean plot beneath and be pioneers of ocean ownership.
The 78 Floating Seahorse Villas due for handover in 2019 will be located around the island linked by Maldivian-inspired wooden walkways to restaurants, sunken bars, infinity pools and beaches. The coral gardens and reefs around the Villas will enable guests to enjoy the ocean experience and seascapes without getting wet!
